Online Returns Policy (India only)

We totally understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and we've got you covered!

If the item is still in its original condition, you can take advantage of our free return process, outlined below.  Rest assured, these policies do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Our Returns Period is 7 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund to your original payment method. Items returned outside of the 7-days will be sent back to you.
  • Exchanges: We do not facilitate exchanges for online orders returned to our online store. Customer may place a new order for different size/color of the same article purchased, while we rest assure that the refund of your order will be processed in shortest manner of time.
  • Garment Condition: Returned Items must be unworn/unused condition, exactly as you received them, complete with their original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
  • Cross Border Returns: Returns can only be processed in a location that trades in the same currency. 
  • Faulty Items: It's worth mentioning that any faulty items sent back to us will undergo an inspection to verify a manufacturing fault.
  • Cancellation: If the order is picked up by our delivery partners then the said order will be ineligible for cancellation.
  • Repetitive Returns: We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We actively track customer return patterns, and any unusual or frequent return activity may be identified and, at our discretion, could result in refusal of returns or the closure of your Bodasottle account.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.

How can I track my package once it has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your package. You will also receive updates via email or SMS as your package moves through the shipping process.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
